- Schedule meetings and appointments

- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment

- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

- Organize office operations and procedures

- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment

- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

- Provide general support to visitors

- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)

- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security - Coordinate project-based work.

- Registering and reserving events attendance for Management, ensuring payments, hotels, visas and papers availability on time

- Coordinates with accounting departments concerning payments for arranged travels and ensure payments processed



·       - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

·      - Excellent Command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written

·      -   Extra Language is an asset

·      -   High typing speed (Arabic & English)

·       - Very Good usage of Excel, Word and Power Point

·       -   Excellent in travel arrangements and online booking

·        - Assertive and high follow-up attitude
