DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Develops the sales strategies and objectives regarding specific sales quota, and new business opportunities.
Maintains and develops the existing client base through direct sales, channel and marketing activities.
Identifies, qualifies and develops new opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Manages and maintains the sales pipeline and target key accounts and vertical markets for development.
Achieves assigned quarterly and annual sales expectations and other objectives.
Maintains accurate forecasting on both a monthly and quarterly basis.
Utilizes channel sales resources as necessary.
Stays abreast of competitive industry and market intelligence and provides feedback in this area to executive management.
Participates with the marketing department in the events covering all sales aspects and presenting Company products and / or any special offers to ensure gaining new customers.
Responsible for receiving and analyzing the competition status report to plan and direct the sales strategy accordingly and ensure maintaining the company’s market position.
Analyzes all customers and markets feed-back and needs to develop the new market penetration plan and / or suggest new products that could add value to the company.
Directs sales to strategic customers or larger territory to ensure achieving the annual Sales quota and targeted profit.
Ensures that customer collection/ outstanding are properly performed to achieve the monthly collection targets.
Owns and manages various customer retaining tools to maintain accurate customer feedback to develop and design sales strategies covering all negatives that may prevent gaining new customers.
Conducts periodical visits to strategic customers to establish and maintain a satisfactory customer relationship and ensure that all customer requirements are met accurately and on time.
If required, may assist the Project Managers on working on complex projects where the situation requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors to reach and implement the proper project plan ensuring perfect service delivered.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
§ Bachelor degree in commerce
§ CPA designation “preferred”
§ International experience preferred
§ Good Command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written
§ 8-10 years of experience in a similar position
§ Leadership skills
§ Communication skills
