Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepare POC (Proof of Concept) documents and presentation to customers which include orientation on the product
2. Explain product features and what it distinguishes it from other vendors to the customer
3. Implement systems configuration according to customer requirements and prepare LLD.
4. Test customers applications if there’s any migration from old device to the new device.
5. Review CRM system to complete assigned tasks and update projects documentation in a timely manner.
6. Prepare report for on-going projects.
7. Deliver on-job training, and hands-on training.
8. Handle induction with new comers by shadowing and monitoring and Provide them with required materials.
§ Education: Bachelor degree in engineering
§ Experience: 3-5 years of experience in similar field
§ Good spoken & written English, Solid communication skills, Customer orientation skills
§ Comply with department certification and education requirements as per the qualification matrix
